I have conducted buyer, seller, Reverse Mortgage, loan mod, Loan Applications, Partial Claims, heloc, Refinance and Investment property closings. I have also Notarized estate plans. I am a licensed title insurance producer independent contractor (TIPIC) in Maryland. I am a member of the National Notary Association, as well as a Certified Notary Signing Agent through the NNA. My passion is helping those in need and serving the community. being a Notary/Signing Agent is a means in which I am able to serve the community. I am passionate about my work and strive to do all tasks in excellence, paying close attention to detail.
